☐ Accept Your Invitation

• Reply to your HOH invitation email or message by October 26 confirming:
  • Player’s first and last name
  • Which payment plan you are selecting (Early Bird or Standard)
  • Which uniform bundle you are selecting

☐ Receive Your Registration Packet

• Complete and submit all required forms to officially secure your roster spot.

☐ Join Team Communication on BAND App

• Join Band Group Here
• This is the primary source for schedules, team updates, and announcements.

☐ Submit Scholarship Application (If Eligible)

• Must have deposit and uniform payment submitted to qualify.

☐ Take Advantage of the Early Bird Discount (Before January 1, 2026)

• High School: $850 Team Fee
• Middle School: $700 Team Fee
• Uniform & Gear Bundle: $225–$350
